If downtown living is too expensive, you want to live close but not too close or you wanna contribute to a growing community then check out the Rio Lofts. With it being the 3rd newest construction, these lofts are affordable, new and relatively close to different activities such as Confluence Park and the San Antonio Missions.

With Rio only being home to 81 different units for you to chooses from you’re sure to find a great place to live. If you’re lucky you’ll be able to select one with an incredible view of the city or the river.
The In-Apartment Amenities
With huge walk in closets and high 9’ ceilings these Rio Lofts are sure to make you feel at home. Modern carpentry and granite counter tops give the location a little more cute extra touches. But the best part of all is you can brings your pets. While there’s some breed restrictions and a maximum of two pets per unit, the freedom of having your furry friend come with you is a huge win.
With recent pushes to lift the community you can feel secured in that these units are affordable and encouraging for young people who felt the need to leave the Southside, to return. Apart from that money has been designated to be shared with the community to bring homes around the complex to bring them up to code and safety. Lastly, you’re a hop, skip and a jump away from places like Southtown, the Historic Pearl and Downtown. But the best part is the proximity to Confluence Park which if I’m not mistaken is literally across the street.
Food, Food and More Food
The best thing about being so close to Southtown is going to be the inexpensive ride-share options to various foodie hotspots. Not to mention the Southside Fan Favorites like Folklores Coffee Shop, Rudy’s Seafood, T J’s Burgers and those massive fruit cups from Fruteria La Mission. Imagine the gems you’ll find and be regulars in.
