3 Workout Studios You Should Check Out in San Antonio
San Antonio has some amazing workout studios. I’m talking workout studios that feel more like a dance party than a workout. Follow along as I give you the 411 on where to work out in the city.
My absolute favorite place to work out at is Joyride. The instructors are so motivating, and it feels like you are at a club while working out. I’m talking music blasting and dim lights which is perfect because you forget you are working out. Go ahead and sing your little heart out if you desire.
The first class is free at JoyRide. Beware you will be addicted after the first ride. Book your classes online to ensure you get the seat you feel most comfortable with. Remember to have fun. The studio is called JoyRide after all.

I really enjoy inBalance because they offer barre, yoga, Pilates, Pilates Reformer (Leon Springs location only), TRX, and piloxing. I like options. There are two locations in San Antonio, and the owners are so sweet and make classes so much fun.

Obviously renting a bike is not a workout studio, but I love renting bikes downtown because it turns the downtown area and Southtown area into my personal gym. Who doesn’t love sightseeing while working out? SWell Cycle requires that you return the bike every hour and re-check it out if you wish. You have the option of checking out the bike for a day, year, or for thirty minutes if you just want to use it to get to a specific location or take pictures for the gram because let’s face it we all do it for the gram.
